Jeff Huang is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience of public accounting, including experience in Arthur Anderson-one of the big 4 accounting firms, & senior management experience as a CFO & Controller and private accounting experience in one of fortune 500 firms. He specializes in small & medium size business management & tax planning, real estate taxation & planning, foreign nationals taxation, IRS audit representation, start-up business, accounting, financial reporting, and management consulting.

In addition to CPA and MBA, Jeff is also a Certified Quick books Pro-advisor, Microsoft Certified Professionals and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.

Jeff likes to play tennis, read books and volunteer for the community services.
