Open Pitch/Caravan Request

WSGVR is pleased to offer you opportunities to pitch your property listings during the Weekly MLS Breakfast Meetings in-person and via Zoom from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Please note: OPEN PITCH/CARAVAN REQUEST DEADLINE!!!

Submit the Open Pitch Request by Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. for the Thursday Open Pitch session. Anything submitted after the deadline will be included in the following week's MLS Breakfast Meeting.

OPEN PITCH/CARAVAN REQUEST GUIDELINES:

1. The Weekly Hybrid MLS Breakfast Meetings are held in-person at the Association Office and online via Zoom every Thursday beginning at 9 a.m.
2. Listings must be submitted via this Open Pitch/Caravan Request Form at www.wsgvr.org. All listings pitched must be able to be found within the CRMLS Matrix system and they must be in Active status on MLS.  Coming Soon status is not allowed. The deadline to submit your listings are Tuesdays at 11:59 p.m. to be pitched at that Thursday’s Hybrid MLS Breakfast Meetings.
3. Price Reductions and Back on Market listings are still being accepted; however, they must now be submitted in advance in the same manner as new listing.
4. You must be present at the Weekly Hybrid MLS Breakfast Meeting promptly at 9 a.m. to pitch your listing(s). NO SHOW will be cancelled, which results in a $25.00 fine. If the listing agent OR their representative is not in-person or online to present your listing, the listing agent will be fined $25 and no further listing submission requests will be accepted until the fine is remitted.
5. Time allowed to pitch a property is 15 seconds or as designated by the MLS Breakfast Program Chair (M/C of the Month).
6. Add-ons to the Open Pitch sheet are not permitted. Only listings submitted prior to the deadline shall be included.
7. Listings can only be re-submitted to be presented every 30 days or when there is a 5% reduction in list price.
8. When presenting your listing, only state facts that are NOT provided on the listing sheet, i.e. reason for selling, etc. NO announcing commission.
9. Failure to comply with these Open Pitch/Caravan Request Guidelines will result in a fine of $25.00. No further Open Pitch requests will be accepted until the fine is remitted.
