Open Pitch/Caravan Request

WSGVR is proud to offer members the opportunity to promote their listings during our Weekly MLS Breakfast Meeting, held in‑person and via Zoom every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The Weekly Hybrid MLS Breakfast Meetings take place:

  • In‑Person: WSGVR Association Office (1039 E. Valley Blvd. #205B, San Gabriel, CA 91776)
  • Online: Zoom - Click here to register for the Zoom session. 
  • Day/Time: Every Thursday at 9:00 a.m.

To participate in the Thursday Open Pitch/Caravan session, please submit your listing by Tuesday at 11:59 p.m.  

Listings submitted after the deadline will be included in the following week’s MLS Breakfast Meeting.

Open Pitch/Caravan Request Guidelines

Please review these guidelines before submitting your listing.

  • Active Status Requirement — All pitched listings must be in Active status and searchable in CRMLS Matrix. Coming Soon listings are not permitted.
  • Price Reductions & Back on Market — These may be pitched but must be submitted in the same manner as new listings.
  • Attendance Requirement — You or your representative must be present promptly at 9:00 a.m., either in‑person or on Zoom.
    • A no‑show results in a $25 fine
    • No further submissions will be accepted until the fine is paid.
  • Pitch Time Limit — Each presenter has up to 60 seconds, or as designated by the MLS Breakfast Program Chair (M/C of the Month).
  • No Add‑Ons — Only listings submitted before the deadline will appear on the pitch sheet and display in our program.
  • Presentation Content — When pitching, share only additional facts not already on the listing flyer.
  • Commission announcements are not allowed.
  • To have your listing flyer displayed in our program, please submit your listing flyer by Tuesday, 11:59 p.m. for the week that you want to pitch.
  • If you missed the submission deadline, you may still attend the meeting and pitch without your listing flyer displayed.
