This lockbox is REFURBISHED. This means, the battery life is around 60%. Note: A new lockbox's battery life starts at 95-99%. The lifespan of a new battery is 4-6 years depending on usage. There is no recharging the battery on a Supra Lockbox. A new lockbox will need to be purchased if the battery is dead.
